A revolutionary tool for automotive cleaning

Non-abrasive

Chemical Free

1

Kinetic Energy

The impact of high-velocity dry
ice particles effectively removes
surface contamination.

2

Thermal Shock

Upon impact, the surface rapidly
cools, causing the contaminants
to break away.

3

Rapid Expansion

Dry Ice transitions from a solid to a gas expanding to over 800 times its size,
while sublimating and lifting contaminants.

How it works

The dry ice pellets are fed into the dry-ice machine’s hopper, where a grinder breaks down our particle to the desired size appropriate for the job application. The pellets are then forced out using compressed air at, again the desired pressure for the job and directed towards the surface to be cleaned.

Upon impact with the surface, the high air pressure dry ice pellets expand and sublimate, transitioning directly from a solid to a gas state. This rapid “cooling” change creates tiny explosions on the surface, effectively dislodging dirt, grime, and contaminants. As the dry ice pellets impact the surface, they remove contaminants from the underlying material. The process is non-abrasive and non-conductive, making it suitable for cleaning delicate components, such as wiring, sensors, and electronic control units.

Services

Include but are not limited to:

Chassis Prep

Undercoating removal
Engine bay cleaning
Wheel well cleaning
Parts cleaning
Undercarriage cleaning
Classic car preservation

Dry-ice is highly effective for removing rust, paint, oil, grease, and other contaminants from the chassis,
leaving a clean surface ready for further treatment or coating.
